New bonuses for youth PCs

There is time until December 31st of this year to qualify for one discount of 200 euros on the purchase of personal computers financed by decree of the Ministry of Economy. Coordinated and continuous collaborators, including project workers, can access the “bonus” but only if they are not over 25 years old.

The decree, published in the Official Journal and entitled Criteria and methods for the granting of grants for the purchase of PCs by coordinated and continuous collaborators and project collaborators, in implementation of article 1, paragraph 298, of the law of 27 December 2006, n. 296 (2007 financial law) “, kicks off thanks to a fund of 10 million euros for 2007.

“Italian citizens resident in Italy and registered in the tax registry of no more than twenty-five years of age completed in 2007, who are holders of a coordinated and continuous collaboration contract, or a project work contract “.

Beneficiaries must show their tax ID card or health card issued by the Revenue Agency, as well as an identity card or other valid identification document to the retailer.

“Computer resellers – explains the note – instead, will be able to join the initiative by registering on a website created ad hoc within the portal www.tesoro.it, providing their identification details (name and address of the business, VAT number, Chamber of Commerce registration) “.

“The contribution – concludes the note – is paid by means of a reduction of the amount of 200 euros, from the total purchase price of the PC, VAT included, net of any commercial discount”.
