In an effort to continue educating users on how to navigate Windows 8, Microsoft has just released the “Windows 8 End User Training Brochure.”
This is a Windows 8 user guide that includes 36 color pages on how to navigate the new Metro-style user interface (buttons, start screen, and more) with the mouse and using touch gestures.
O End User Training Booklet also delves into other features such as File History, but you can also refer to the guide I created earlier: BitLocker, Social Center, Profile, and Settings.
Microsoft has also added a red section, the last one, that teaches what to do with the mouse and in Windows 8, for example, “click in the upper left corner (repeat)” to “go to the next open application.” And finally, you will find a list of the most common keyboard shortcuts to get things done faster. The Windows 8 User’s Guide PDF file is free and can be downloaded from the Microsoft website.
