16 year old raped, and filmed with a mobile phone

Rome – They wanted to film the sexual violence on a 16-year-old acquaintance of theirs as if it were any stunt to brag about, but now, months after that episode, those images are likely to backfire on them in court. They are two 15-year-old boys accused of abusing a girl of the same age last January in Monfalcone.

The story is soon told: on January 14, a 16-year-old girl reported sexual violence suffered the night before and asked the local hospital to be able to take the morning-after pill. A fact that, as required by law, was immediately reported to the local police station.

The girl had explained that she had accepted that evening the invitation of one of the two, with whom she had entertained for several hours. Reached late in the evening by another boy, they had decided to spend the whole night in the house of one of them, and that’s where the facts took place. On the mobile phones of one of the two, the images that testified to what had happened were identified.

The Trieste Public Prosecutor’s Office, which has so far imposed the imprisonment of the two within a community for young criminals, is now investigating those images. The crime hypothesis concerns not only sexual violence but also the dissemination of child *********** content.
